stimulant, which can impacts someone’s overall health, while most people only have mild negative effects from
caffeine such as

Coffee substitutes are considered, that they are healthier
than coffee. Grain coffee and other substitutes can be made by roasting various organic
substances.
Today we will prepare chickpea-coffee (Diet Cold Coffee©), which tastes just like coffee.
RECIPE:-
· Take a
handful of white chickpeas
· Roast the white chickpeas in a pan, by stirring it
regularly till it turns dark-brown (usually takes 15-20 minutes)
· Put this darkened roasted chickpeas in grinder, make a fine powder.
· Now take, a cup of chilled
milk in blender, add one spoon of coffee substitute in it, add sugar or organic
jaggery powder, according to your taste.
· Cardamom
powder can also be added for flavour (optional).
· Blend it well.
· Your coffee
without coffee (caffeine) is ready.

Enjoy and relish (it tastes exact like u having at any fancy coffee shop).
